    When you access the site, our servers process: browser type/version, OS, referrer URL, IP address, timestamp, accessed pages. Purpose: deliver pages, ensure security, and troubleshoot. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: server logs are deleted when no longer needed for the stated purposes.

    If you book an appointment, you will be redirected to TidyCal (Sumo Group Inc., 1305 E. 6th St #3, Austin, TX 78702, USA). TidyCal processes data you provide (name, email, selected time, and any optional notes). We receive this data from TidyCal to manage appointments.
    Legal basis: consent Art. 6(1)(a) and, if applicable, contract Art. 6(1)(b).
    Transfers to third countries: yes, based on Standard Contractual Clauses.

    We delete appointment data once it is no longer required, typically after the appointment and any follow-up, unless legal retention duties apply.
  3. Contact by email
    If you contact us, we process the data you provide to respond. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(b) if your inquiry relates to a contract. We delete messages once resolved and no longer required by law.
  4. Registration and comments (if enabled)
    If the site allows user registration or comments, we process username, email, password (hashed), IP address, and timestamps to provide the function and prevent abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f). Data is deleted when the account is deleted or when no longer required.
